The Carre1 health card gives helping hand to senior citizens above age of 70 years.
R R Patil Trust extends compensatory help.
Following compensations are offered for senior citizens by R R Patil Trust, which will be to Carre1
Hospital by the trust.

• 25% Compensation for inhouse investigations.
• 25% Compensation for Physiotherapy.
• 25% Compensation for Hospitalization charges.
• Free ambulance emergency pick up service. (Within the radius of 5 kms from the Hospital in
  case of emergencies.)
• 20% Compensation for OPD consultation.
• 10% Compensation for regular pharmacy medicines.
  Terms and Conditions:
• The card can be used only by registered card holder.
• To avail the Compensation benefits, please bring this card each time you visit the CARRE1
  Hospital.
• This card is not transferable to any other person.
• CARRE1 reserves all right to modify or discontinue this card and the terms of this card at
  anytime without any prior notice to the Card holder.
• Loss of card should be reported to the Hospital immediately.
• This card is valid for 1 years from the date of issue.
• The above-mentioned compensation is applicable on standard tariff prices of CARRE1
  hospital and cannot be clubbed with any other discount Scheme or packages or insurance
  /TPA/ Corporate/Government empanelment-based discount or rates at out hospital.
• Hospitalization excludes any medication, implants and disposables.
